Supreme Court to Revisit Waqf Law on May 5

The Supreme Court held another hearing on the legitimacy of the Waqf Law on Thursday. During the session, the Central Government requested a week’s time to provide a response regarding the Waqf matter. The bench, consisting of Chief Justice Sanjeev Khanna, Justice Sanjay Kumar, and Justice K.V. Vishwanathan, granted the extension. The next hearing is scheduled for May 5.
