SKY to lead India for Australia T20s
After the heartbreak in the World Cup final, India is going to face Australia yet again, this time for the T20 series. India and Australia are going to play 5 5-match T20 series that starts on the 23rd of this month. BCCI has released the 15-man squad for the series and it is Suryakumar Yadav who is going to lead the side.
The selection committee has decided to rest the seniors Rohit Sharma, Virat Kohli, and Jasprit Bumrah. Shreyas Iyer has been rested for the first 3 T20Is as well. With Hardik Pandya injured, the selection committee made T20 specialist Suryakumar Yadav the captain of the relatively young side. Team India coach Rahul Dravid was rested for this series as well and it is VVS Laxman who is going to coach the side.
