Supreme Court adjourns CBN’s bail petition

It is very well known that the Andhra Pradesh High Court has granted regular bail to TDP Supremo Nara Chandrababu Naidu in the Skill Development Scam Case. Andhra Pradesh AAG Sudhakar Punnavolu challenged the decision of the AP High Court in the Supreme Court.

The cancellation of the bail plea came before the Supreme Court for arguments. It gave an interesting statement about it. The Supreme Court adjourned the bail cancellation petition until the verdict on the quash petition filed by Chandrababu Naidu is out.

It can be recalled that Chandrababu Naidu had already filed a quash petition at the Supreme Court and the judgment is in the reserve now which means that the bail cancelation plea would be out for arguments again once the quash petition verdict is out. Also, the court asked the CBN’s counsel to file a counter to the CID’s case by December 8th.
