Rohit Sharma on World Cup final loss
Team India Men’s regular captain Rohit Sharma has finally opened up on the World Cup Final defeat. He said that he still didn’t know how to come out of the heartbreaking loss. Rohit Sharma speaking on his team’s Instagram official page said that it is hard to digest the fact that his team which has given everything they had still ended up being short for the ultimate prize in cricket.
Rohit Sharma said that he always believes that ODI format cricket is the top one in the game and the ODI World Cup is the ultimate prize. In the video, he opened up that after the final loss, for the first few days, he didn’t know what to do.
“My friends and my family kept me going. It wasn’t easy to digest. Honestly, it was hard but life moves on,” said Rohit Sharma in the video. He concluded saying he was proud of his team.
