Kesineni Swetha quits TDP

After the Kesineni Nani episode, his daughter Kesineni Swetha left the Telugu Desam Party. She is the corporator for the Vijayawada 11th division and she today has submitted her resignation. Kesineni Nani had a long association with Telugu Desam Party but it was recently communicated to him that the party is looking at other options and he shouldn’t associate more with the party activities.

After the communication, Kesineni Nani stated that he has respect for the high command and also, there is no point in continuing in the party after they no longer need him. Nani said that he will resign as the MP and then he will leave TDP as well.

Now, Swetha has decided to go on the same path. Swetha was disappointed that after her father served all these years for the party, he was ill-treated. Swetha further fired on the Telugu Desam Party. She said that after Nani quits, there are no candidates for the party to field for the MP elections from Vijayawada.
