There is a mad rush of films for Sankranthi 2024. As many as six films have scheduled their releases for the upcoming Sankranthi season. Mahesh Babu’s Guntur Kaaram, Nagarjuna’s Naa Saami Ranga, Hanu Man, Vijay Deverakonda’s Family Star, Venkatesh’s Saindhav, Ravi Teja’s Eagle are some of the films that were scheduled for release for Sankranthi and now as per the latest information, Family Star has opted out of the race.

Family Star is racing against time. There is a lot of pending shoot left and Vijay Deverakonda doesn’t want to rush things up. There is a huge amount of post-production work left as well.

The next schedule of Family Star will commence in the USA and with this huge schedule, a major part of the shooting will be wrapped up. Now, with Family Star out of the Sankranthi race, it will see a release in the first quarter of 2024.
