Salaar not a part of KGF
KGF filmmaker Prashant Neel has now made Salaar which will be released in two parts. Salaar Part One: Cease Fire will be released for Christmas weekend. Prabhas will be seen in the most dangerous role in this film. There were rumors that Yash would appear in the second part of Salaar but Prashant Neel has given clarification regarding this.
He stated that Salaar is not from the KGF universe and is entirely a standalone film. He has also confirmed that this story was written way before KGF and has no chance of being a part of that universe. Prashant Neel also revealed that Salaar is a film that is based on friendship and the story is equally divided into two parts.
Prithviraj Sukumaran will be seen as Prabhas’ friend in the film and Salaar deals with how these thick friends turn into foes and what follows next. Shruti Haasan will be seen as Prabhas’ girlfriend in the movie.
