Kalyan Ram confirms Devil sequel

Nandamuri Kalyan Ram is happy with the initial responses his current film Devil is getting. This periodic investigative thriller was released today and the critics’ ratings were decent. The audiences’ responses are on the positive side. The Devil team declared the film a super hit already and on this happy occasion, the team has now announced a sequel to the movie.

During the promotions before the release, Kalyan Ram said that they had locked in an idea for the sequel of Devil. “Almost 40-50 percent of script work is finished as well. But we are not in a hurry. We will wait till the release of Devil and see the response,” he said.

Now, after the release, Kalyan Ram confirmed the sequel. He stated that the sequel will happen in the 1940s and the contemporary times as well and also the shooting will start in 2024.

Directed and produced by Abhishek Nama, Devil has Samyuktha playing the female lead and Malvika Nair plays an important role.
