YS Sharmila responds to ‘loans’ of YS Jagan in affidavit

YS Sharmila gives clarity on loans in affidavit

It is very well known that all is not well between the brother and sister YS Jaganmohan Reddy and YS Sharmila. She came out of YSR Congress due to the differences and floated a new political party. She merged it with Congress and is contesting as MP from the Kadapa Parliament seat in the upcoming elections. Yesterday, Sharmila filed her nomination and her cousin Suneetha accompanied her.

At the time of nomination, Sharmila disclosed her assets and surprisingly it was declared that she owes Rs 82,58,15,000 from brother and Chief Minister of AP, YS Jagan, and another loan of Rs 19,56,682 from Jagan’s spouse YS Bharati Reddy.

Today, YS Sharmila responded to the ‘loan’ she owes. “It is a common practice that has been followed in every family for decades that the sister of the family gets her rightful share of the properties. However, they give an iota of their property’s share and project it as a loan. Even these kinds of people exist in our society,” Sharmila took an indirect jibe at YS Jagan.
