A foreigner comes across a helpless elderly man in a pitiful situation and despite others walking by, he comes forward to help.

He cuts his long grown, untrimmed hair and trims his beard. He even gives him a nice body wash. The way he doesn’t hesitate to clean the elderly man is commendable. Next, he gives new clothes to the man. Now, he playfully puts on goggles and the way the old man smiles is quite adorable.

Not stopping at this, the foreigners take the old man to the hospital to treat his injured legs. The old man is over the moon with the way he is being treated and the million-dollar smile wins the hearts. Now, the foreigner is getting all the appreciation for going out of his way to help the poor man.
