Vijay Sethupathi no to villain roles
Tamil actor Vijay Sethupathi is a versatile actor and there is no doubt about that. Be it any character, he does more than 100 percent justice. In a few films, Vijay Sethupathi acted as a villain and many roles in guest appearances.
The reason is not known but Vijay Sethupathi has decided to put a full stop to those characters. In one of the promotional interviews for his upcoming film, Vijay Sethupathi said that he will not be doing villain roles or guest appearances henceforth.
Vijay Sethupathi acted as a villain in Vijay’s Master. He is also the villain in Kamal Haasan’s Vikram. In the Telugu film Uppena, Vijay Sethupathi played an antagonist. So, he will be doing character and lead roles from now on.
Vijay Sethupathi will be next seen in the movie Merry Christmas which is a Hindi, Tamil bilingual. Sriram Raghavan has directed this movie which is scheduled for release on January 12th, 2024.
