Summer Effect: Beer Sales Surge in Telangana

With the onset of summer and the ongoing IPL season, beer sales in Telangana have skyrocketed. Business sources have reported that around 3 lakh beer cases are being sold daily, with sales peaking at 4 lakh cartons on the day IPL began (March 22). To keep up with the rising demand, beer suppliers have increased production. The surge in beer sales is expected to significantly boost the state’s excise revenue, benefiting the government’s finances during this peak season.
