YS Sharmila protests in New Delhi for special category status

Ap Congress leader YS Sharmila became quite active in politics. After criticizing AP Chief Minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy in and out, Sharmila is now concentrating on the problems faced by AP. Today, she sat on a dharna at the AP Bhavan in New Delhi and demanded special category status for Andhra Pradesh. senior Congress leaders N Raghuveera Reddy, M M Pallam Raju, J D Seelam, and others accompanied YS Sharmila at the dharna.

Earlier in the day, YS Sharmila met Sharad Pawar, Sitharam Yechuri, and others and requested them to raise SCS and other bifurcation issues of Andhra Pradesh in the Parliament. At the dharna, she criticized that all the MPs of the YSR Congress have slept for these five years in Parliament. She said that both the YSR Congress and BJP have betrayed the people of the state by going back on their promises.

Sharmila warned that the people would teach a lesson to the two parties if they failed to fulfill their promises at the earliest.
