Rana Naidu receives a rare honour; only Indian title in top 400 for Netflix

Netflix original series Rana Naidu which starred Venkatesh and Daggubati Rana in the lead roles has received a rare honor. The top OTT platform Netflix has announced the top 400 titles of movies and series across the world with complete viewership and surprisingly Rana Naidu is the only Indian title to feature in the list. Rana Naidu was placed at 336th and no other Indian show has found the place in the list.

Rana Naidu was criticized for the overuse of cuss words and for projecting a family star like Venkatesh in a rude role. However, the series has gained so much reception. The second season of Rana Naidu is announced and the shooting will commence very soon.

According to the official data, Rana Naidu has 46 million hours of streaming currently. The Night Agent topped the list with 812.1 million hours of streaming. The list is from January to June 2023 and this report will be out every six months.
