Raghu Rama Krishnam Raju to visit his hometown after four years!
YSRCP rebel MP Raghu Rama Krishnam Raju is likely to visit his hometown Bhimavaram after a huge gap of four years. RRR stopped visiting the hometown in 2020 after differing with the ruling party. He has been making controversial statements and is criticizing the ruling party whenever he gets a chance.
There were multiple attempts on him to arrest by the AP Police but he escaped. There were 11 pending cases on Raghu Rama Krishnam Raju. The rebel MP tried to visit Bhimavaram for the last year during Pongal celebrations. He even boarded the train but later backed out fearing the arrest. He tried to enter Bhimavaram when Prime Minister Narendra Modi visited his constituency two years ago to unveil the statue of Alluri Sitarama Raju but couldn’t do so.
Raghu Rama Krishnam Raju today approached the High Court and sought protection against the arrest. The court after hearing the arguments from both sides directed the AP Police to provide security for Raghu Rama Krishnam Raju.
