Blasting finisher Sameer Rizvi was picked by CSK for a whopping Rs. 8.40 Crores. They also bought Aravelly Avinash, the uncapped player from Telangana. Avinash Rao was from Siricilla and he was picked for his base price of Rs. 20 lakhs.
Aravelly Avinash Rao is currently 18 years old and he is going to play in the Under-19 World Cup that will be held starting January 19th, 2024. Avinash Rao also captains, Hyderabad U-19. He is a wicket-keeper batsman and a franchise like CSK picking Avinash Rao means that he has some spark to become the future of cricket in India. The time he spends in the CSK camp for IPL 2024 is going to be a huge boost for his career.
