India Today survey gives clear edge to Telugu Desam Party
Popular National news magazine and news channel India Today has released a survey of the MP seats that could be won by the parties in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections. India Today took samples all over the state and released them under the name of Mood of the Nation.
The Telugu Desam Party would clinch a 45 percent vote share, the survey reveals. On the other hand, YSRCP would be limited to 41 percent vote share, it says. The India Today survey states that the Telugu Desam Party is going to win 17 MP seats when compared to three from the previous elections while YSR Congress would be limited to 8 seats compared to 23.
The survey gives a clear edge to TDP and states that corruption and other issues from the ruling party made people lose faith in it.
Similarly, the survey states that the Congress party is going to win 10 Parliament seats in Telangana and the BRS party might be limited to three, BJP could secure three as well while AIMIM could win 1 seat.
