Former TANA President Nadella Gangadhar’s Wife Passes Away
Durga Nadella, wife of former TANA (Telugu Association of North America) president and prominent Detroit-based Telugu community leader Nadella Gangadhar, passed away today while undergoing treatment at a hospital in Hyderabad. A native of Repalle in Guntur district, Durga had been receiving treatment for health complications for some time.
She is survived by her husband Gangadhar and two daughters. Condolences have poured in from TANA members, representatives of Telugu associations across North America, and the broader Telugu diaspora. Gangadhar, who is currently serving as the Chairman for the 24th TANA Conference scheduled for July 2025, had been actively involved in its preparations. The community expressed deep sorrow over the untimely loss in his family.
