Earthquake Alert in Telangana? Ramagundam Tipped as Possible Epicentre

Social media is abuzz with speculation that Ramagundam in northern Telangana could be the epicentre of an impending earthquake, possibly within the next 72 hours. Unconfirmed reports suggest tremors may be felt in Hyderabad, Karimnagar, Warangal, and even parts of Andhra Pradesh like Amaravati.

Though no official statement has confirmed the risk, the circulation of maps and voice notes warning of a 5.5–6.0 magnitude quake has sparked concern among residents. Some schools in Ramagundam have reportedly closed as a precaution, adding fuel to the speculation.
