Will KCR’s backfired strategy work for LS elections?

KCR's old strategy for Lok Sabha elections

KCR’s old strategy for Lok Sabha elections

Finally, BRS announced the first list of candidates for the Lok Sabha elections. Bharat Rashtra Samithi has announced candidates for the Karimnagar, Peddapalli, Khammam and Mahbubabad constituencies

B Vinodh Kumar gets the ticket from the Karimnagar constituency. He will be contesting against the sitting MP Bandi Sanjay from BJP. This is an expected decision. Peddapalli’s sitting MP Venkatesh Netha moved to Congress recently. So the vacant ticket goes to Koppula Eshwar who is Dharmapuri’s ex-MLA.

Sitting MPs Nama Nageshwar Rao will contest again from Khammam and Maloth Kavitha gets the Mahbubabad constituency ticket once again.

KCR with this list has made it clear that he is following the same old strategy. Three of the four announced candidates are contesting once again from their constituencies which means KCR is repeating candidates. This same strategy backfired in assembly elections. Will it work out this time?
