In the video below, the analyst said that CBN’s fee reimbursement is between the college and the government. Every eligible student’s fee was directly deposited by the government into the college’s bank account and it went smoothly.

However, YS Jagan’s greed brought another layer of difficulty. He started depositing the money into student’s accounts and it went smoothly for two years. In the third year, he failed to reimburse the fee. There were delays in pumping the money henceforth. This created problems and the colleges’ managements have kept on hold the degree certificates of the students who failed to clear the fee. This clear mismanagement has created havoc among the public.
