Telugu Desam Party to release second list of candidates

The Telugu Desam Party is planning to release its second list of candidates for the upcoming general elections. It is very well known that the party had released the first list with 94 candidates. The party is contesting in 144 constituencies and they had to sacrifice a few seats to Jana Sena and BJP as a part of the alliance.

Jana Sena will contest 21 assembly seats and BJP has got 10 assembly seats as a part of the alliance deal. TDP needs to announce candidates in 50 constituencies. It is expected that March 14th is going to be the date for the announcement of the second list.

Nara Chandrababu Naidu has spoken to his leaders and indicated to get ready to sacrifice for the larger interests of the state. He stated that the party would recognize their sacrifice and do justice to them once part form the government after the elections.
