Supreme Court on YS Jagan’s case: Why the delay?
It is very well known that the YSRCP Rebel MP Raghu Rama Krishnam Raju approached the Supreme Court regarding the long time pending of YS Jagan’s disproportionate cases. He filed a petition to move the case from the Telugu States to another state. The case came before the court today and the bench made some interesting comments in this case.
The Supreme Court questioned the CBI the reason for the delay. The investigation agency stated that they can’t be held responsible for the delay. The delay in the case is due to the delay in the lower courts.
The Supreme Court questioned, “Who is going to benefit from the delay?” It posted the next hearing to April and stated that it would wait for the Telangana High Court to deliver a verdict in this regard.
