YS Jagan receives notices to AP High Court

It is well known that the YSRCP Rebel MP Raghu Rama Krishnam Raju has filed a petition in the High Court regarding the irregularities of the finances by the YSRCP government during the current tenure. The High Court heard the arguments today. Raghu Rama Krishnam Raju accused of financial misuse in the state schemes by the government.

After hearing the arguments, the High Court has served notices to the state’s Chief Minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy. Along with YS Jagan, several ministers, officials, and 41 others have been named as the respondents.

The High Court has adjourned the case to December 14th. Raghu Rama Krishnam Raju has been demanding a CBI investigation in this matter. Along with this, RRR has also filed a petition in the Supreme Court on the cases that have been pending against YS Jagan for a long time.
