Mr. Naidu’s bail petition postponed by AP High Court

AP High Court on CBN’s Inner Ring Road scam

Nara Chandrababu Naidu might have got the regular bail in the Skill Development Scam case but today another hearing of the bail petition came before the High Court. Chandrababu Naidu was included as an accused in the Amaravati Inner Ring Road Scam case. AP CID has alleged that the alignments of the Inner Ring Road were altered purposefully to benefit CBN’s closed ones.

In the petition, it was said that the initial plan of the Inner Ring Road alignment included the lands of Lingamaneni Ramesh and Heritage Foods but was changed later not to disturb them. Then Minister Narayana, Nara Lokesh, and others were included in this case as well.

The bail petition came for hearing today and the AP CID advocates requested the court to defer the case and the High Court accepted the request and posted the case for the next hearing on November 23rd.
