Telugu Desam Party senior leader Kesineni Nani has decided to quit the party. He has made the official announcement on social media. “Continuing in the party where my services are not required is not correct. So I have decided to quit the Telugu Desam Party and resign as MP. I will soon go to New Delhi and submit my resignation before the honorable speaker and the next time I will quit the party,” Kesineni Nani officially tweeted.
It is well known that the TDP high command has communicated to Nani that his services are no longer required by the party and that he shouldn’t actively participate in the party affairs. Kesineni Nani expected third time ticket from Vijayawada as MP but the party has decided to encourage his brother Chinni instead.
Kesineni Chinni aka Shivanadh has been actively participating in all the party activities and mingling with the cadre for the past three years. He has Lokesh’s blessings as well. Now, that Nani is quitting TDP, will he join BJP or contest as an independent?
