Super Star Rajinikanth’s next, his 171st project is titled Coolie. The movie’s announcement teaser has received so much buzz. The engaging action video has received superb responses from the audience. In the teaser, the vintage song Vaa Vaa Pakkam Vaa song was used, and Ilaiyaraaja sent some legal notices to the team for utilizing his song without his consent. He has sent the notices to the producers of Coolie.

Sun Pictures, the production house behind the project is yet to respond to the legal notices. The team will have to acquire the permission of Ilaiyaraaja at any cost as the video is already is out. Along with Rajinikanth, Shruti Haasan, and Satyaraj will be seen in important roles in the movie.

The regular shooting of Coolie will kickstart very soon. The film revolves around the concept of gold smuggling. Lokesh Kanagaraj is the director of the movie. Anirudh Ravichander is the music composer behind the project. More details about it will be unveiled soon.
