This is the biggest budget film ever made on the Indian screen featuring Prabhas. Deepika Padukone and Amitabh Bachchan will be seen in important roles in the movie.

It is also well known that Universal Star Kamal Haasan is playing an important role in the movie. He will be the lead antagonist of Kalki 2898 AD. According to the latest update, Kamal Haasan plays the role inspired by Kamsa (Kamsudu) who goes to any extent to get what he wants.
