The YSR Congress party is busy finalizing the in-charges for each assembly and parliament constituency. In other words, they are finalizing the candidates for the elections. Amidst all this, YSRCP is also concentrating on the Rajya Sabha elections.

The term of three Rajya Sabha MPs Vemi Reddy Prabhakar Reddy(YCP), CM Ramesh (BJP), and Kanakamedala Ravindra Kumar(TDP) is coming to an end on April 2nd, 2024 and the elections might happen on March. So, YS Jagan is beforehand finalizing the Rajya Sabha MPs.

With the strength YSRCP has now, winning all three Rajya Sabha nominations might be a cakewalk, and according to the latest update, Jagan has finalized the names of YV Subba Reddy, JMC Srinivasulu(Balija), and Golla Babbu Rao(SC) for the to-be-vacant Rajya Sabha posts. An official confirmation regarding this would be out very soon.
