regular bail issued to Chandrababu Naidu
The Andhra Pradesh High Court has today given its verdict on the bail petition filed by Nara Chandrababu Naidu in connection with the Skill Development Case. It is known that Chandrababu Naidu is on interim bail and will have to return to the Rajahmundry Central Prison on November 28th where he was on judicial remand.
Now, it’s been a huge relief for Chandrababu Naidu as the High Court has issued regular bail. Justice T. Mallikarjuna Rao agreed to the arguments made by Chandrababu Naidu’s lawyers in this case. It is being said that with the regular bail, conditions on the interim bail will be reduced as well.
However, we have to wait and see for the complete list of the fresh conditions imposed on Chandrababu Naidu while granting regular bail.
