ACB Court’s order against Nara Lokesh on red book
It is well known that the AP CID filed a petition in the ACB Court, Vijayawada Concerning Nara Lokesh’s arrest. In the petition, it was said that the Telugu Desam Party general secretary Nara Lokesh is threatening the witnesses of the Skill Development Scam case in the name of Red Book.
Nara Lokesh has shown a red book in a few of his public speeches and warned against a few officials who went out of the law to do a favor to the ruling party and tried to corner TDP. ACB Court ordered to issue notices to Nara Lokesh in this regard.
AP CID sent those notices to Lokesh through WhatsApp which he confirmed. However, the AP CID claimed that Nara Lokesh intentionally ignored the notices sent to him and a session was held today in the ACB Court.
Condemning Lokesh’s actions, the ACB Court ordered the CID to hand over the notices personally.
