The Sankranthi release confusion is still prevailing. As many as five films have announced their release dates for the Sankranthi festival. Mahesh Babu’s Guntur Kaaram is one of the most anticipated ones and also one of the earliest announced films for Sankranthi. Similarly, Teja Sajja’s HanuMan, superhero flick is announced for Sankranthi long back. Ravi Teja’s Eagle, Nagarjuna’s Naa Saami Ranga, and Venkatesh’s Saindhav later joined the list.

Recently, all five producers’ under the leadership of ace producer Dil Raju met and discussed the possibility of postponing any of the films. It is being spread that all the producers are trying to make HanuMan postpone their announced date.

However, Dil Raju tried to clear the air. He said that no one forced anyone to postpone their release. We have only said that the producers’ council will try to give a solo release date to those who postpone their film from Sankranthi. “To Prashant Varma, I have given my advice. It is up to him,” Dil Raju said.
