Naga Babu comments on heroes’ height

Naga Babu is currently focusing on politics but a statement made by him at a movie event has turned controversial and the Jana Sena leader had to apologize for that. During his speech at his son Varun Tej’s Operation Valentine’s pre-release event, Naga Babu’s intention of complimenting his son’s tall stature went wrong.

He commented on certain heroes’ height who are just ‘5 feet 3 inches’ but portray serious cop roles. “They look comical by their height,” he said. There was a huge debate regarding this comment and many have pointed out Naga Babu’s comments on particularly 1-2 heroes in Tollywood.

Having realized that his comments were going in the wrong direction, Naga Babu issued apologies and tried to clear the air. In the fresh statement, Naga Babu regretted making such comments and described it as slip of the tongue comments. He even stated that he is retracting his statements.
