KTR reacts strongly on Jahnavi Kandula’s verdict!

Telangana Ex-IT Minister, MLA KT Rama Rao has reacted strongly to Jahnavi Kandula’s murder case. It is very well known that a Seattle Police Officer named Kevin Dave hit Jahnavi Kandula with a Police Car in Seattle and the Telugu-born student lost her life. The King County Prosecutor’s office gave the verdict on this case today and it didn’t enforce any criminal charges on the Police Officer citing lack of substantial evidence as the reason.

KTR reacted to the verdict angrily. He termed it “Disgraceful & absolutely unacceptable!” KTR demanded the Indian embassy to take up the matter with the US government authorities and make justice delivered to Jahnavi Kandula’s family.

He tweeted, “It is tragic that the life of a youngster with soaring ambitions has been cut short but what’s more tragic is the callous disregard for justice to the victim.” He demanded External Affairs Minister Jai Shankar to push for an investigation in this matter.
