OTT must watch: Malayalam blockbuster Neru

Malayalam film Neru on Disney + Hotstar

Malayalam films are always strong on content and this week a Malayalam film is up for watch on the OTT space. Titled Neru, this is 2023’s highest grosser and also finds its place in the top 5 highest grossers ever for Malayalam Cinema. Neru has collected close to Rs. 85 Crores in its full run.

Starring Mohanlal and directed by Jeethu Joseph, this courtroom drama engages enough viewers. Jeetu Joseph is known for films like Drishyam and Drishyam 2. Neru is currently streaming on Disney + Hotstar and will soon be available to stream on Hulu in the USA.

Priyamani and Siddique will be seen in important roles in the movie but Anaswara Rajan steals the show. There are a few ups and downs in this movie, sometimes takes a convenient narration route, but having said that Neru is a decent watch in the comfort of your home.
